Paper Covered Aluminum Conductors

Paper covered Aluminum Conductors are principally used for winding coils of transformers and welding machines. Chemical, mechanical and thermal properties of various types of paper and their layered thickness define the properties of conductivity for specific requirements. Premier is using best quality EC Grade Aluminum and paper covering procured from renowned manufactures.

BARE CONDUCTORS FOR OVERHEAD POWERLINES

ALL ALUMINIUM ALLOY CONDUCTORS (AAAC)

APPLICATION: Designed utilizing a high-strength aluminium alloy to achieve a high strength-to-weight ratio Used as bare overhead conductor for power distribution lines, constructed with Aluminium alloy 6201 wires, concentrically stranded from 7 strands to 61 strands depending upon the size.
SPECIFICATION: PCPL AAAC bare conductor can be supplied to meet various International specifications like ASTM, BS, CSA, DIN, IEC, etc.

ALUMINIUM CONDUCTOR STEEL REINFORCED (ACSR)

APPLICATION: ACSR is used for primary and secondary distribution lines, constructed with EC Grade Aluminium wires concentrically stranded over a steel core with zinc coat.
SPECIFICATION: PCPL ACSR bare conductor can be supplied to meet various International specification like ASTM, BS, DIN, IEC etc.
